Our minimum trip/job charge is $128, and we work best with “honey-do lists” of multiple tasks that need to be completed.

Are estimates free?

Estimates provided over the phone and via email are free. If you require an in person estimate we do have a trip charge that depending on the property location. The trip charge will be applied to the job cost if the job is approved.

Do I need to purchase my own materials?

It is advised so you have what you want, but it is not necessary. All of our technicians have access to local hardware stores and home improvement centers. We can pick up, deliver and install any materials you desire for the project.

Do you charge by the job or by the hour?

We do NOT charge by the hour. We give an estimate for a complete project. By not charging hourly, we remove the risk of the project taking longer and ultimately costing the customer more than the estimate.

Can I choose the material colors and manufacturers?

Yes! We leave the choices to you! You pick the paint colors or the material color. You can even choose the manufacturer if you desire. You can also leave the selection of the manufacturer to us. We only use high quality manufacturers.

Do you work with property managers?

We serve a wide range of landlords, property managers, and homeowners.

Do I need to be at the property at the time of service?

It is not absolutely necessary, but we prefer to have someone at the home that is at least 18 years old. You may arrange for us to gain access to your property and to lock it after we leave. If you are out-of-state, we can provide pictures of the finished job that will be emailed along with the invoice. We treat your home with the utmost respect and care. If you will not be available we need to make arrangements for payment which will be due upon completion.
